Nerdtour 2012: T-minus 4 hours and counting – 98% ready

Everything re-arranged and re-packed (had to discard some things, reluctantly). Only things left to do are to dispose of trash, grab a shower, pack up the laptop and grab a cab. Further updates will be through the phone or iPad, depending on WiFi and/or 3G availability.
