This mother isn’t going to let a little thing like the Great Japan Earthquake of 2011 do anything to upset her son! She stays rock-steady and calm, so that she can keep her son safe and calm and not panicky. It’s an amazing show of strength, courage, and devotion to her son, that she fought down the natural fear (that you can hear in others’ voices in the video) of something so huge.
